Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any other entities, except for aggregators or providers of the text message services (i.e., those vendors necessary to deliver the SMS/MMS service).

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any other entities, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We may disclose your personal information to subcontractors or service providers (such as customer-service support vendors or messaging platform providers) solely for the purpose of enabling or supporting our services.

6. Data Retention & Security


We maintain your personal information as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
